Hello Sandra,
We have been enjoying our "Maggie" very much, for she has helped
fill a big
hole in this household. Thought you might like to see some recent
pictures of
"Jasmine's" offspring. She loves to fetch her toy bear, has boundless
energy - like
most Yorkies, doesn't particularly like gooming although tolerates the
bath part
very well :-) Maggie is very good with the grandchildren and never
seems to tire
of their attention when they visit. She is very blonde indeed - mybe we
should
have named her "Blondie."
Trust all your babies are doing well. Did one of Jasmine's last
litter survive
or did they all make it?
We love Maggie and want you to know, she has a great home
Hi Sandra:
thought i'd drop a quick note to update you on my wee man.
We named him Izzy,my husband calls him Moose.
He is a heartbreaker.everyone adores him.The elderly lady i care for loves him and he visits often. He treated her on
halloween.when he visits she seems 20 years younger. He loves to go on his harness and explore. He had one needle and gets his next on Nov 16th.He also had heartworm treatment. His first groomers visit is coming up too.
And he still loves to mop and sweep. And bite toes.
Thank you for our bundle of fur,we love him dearly
Hi Sandra,
Just a quick note to let you know that Jasmine is doing wonderful!! She has grown to 3 lbs plus..probably more by now, that was 2 weeks ago at the vet's. She has completed all her needles for this year and we will take her in November or so for for her operation. She is so cute, charming and a really good pup. Her colors are perfect, as is she. I have some new pictures that I will email. We are so very happy with her. I would like to have the address to your new site please. Also, I need to get the contract to you!! I have forgotten!! I am sorry. I'll get it off the new website and get it to you. I will keep in touch. I have passed your name on to a few girls who have seen Jasmine and heard my positive experience with you.

Hi Sandra,
How are you? Spring is just around the corner!! I can't believe it's almost been a year since our little Jasmine came into the world! She is the best little friend I could ever ask for. She is a wonderful dog and great temperment, she doesn't bark or whine and she is really good. She still sleeps with us every night and is so happy when we get home every day. She has no problems at all and LOVES to be outside, so we are happy that the weather has turned nice again. She loves to be wherever I am, in whatever room I am in. She is content as long as I am near. If she is sleeping and I get up to move, she immediatly wakes and follows me. She loves to play fetch or any other game. She actually knows what I ask for when I tell her to get something. If I say go get your ball, she brings the ball, when I tell her to get her doll or her bone, she brings whatever I ask for. She is so smart.
We are so very happy with her and I watch your website often. I have given your name to anyone who asks as I talk about Jasmine and my experience with you often. I have attached a few pictures. You can see how much she's grown by the sink picture. Remember when she was so small in the sink, now she barely fits! The picture where she is on the chair is one night when I was doing my university work, she HAD TO sit beside me on the other chair before she was happy!! SO cute.
Anyway,
take care and enjoy the pics
Hey Sandra,
Just thought I write to you about Coco (the Maltese in Maine). He doing
great!! Just this morning we went to the Post Office. He is extremely
friendly! Everyone falls in love with him. My Sheltie was not sure about him
when we first brought him home. In fact she really didn't like him. But now
they are the best of friends! Daisy has lost weight because they play so
much! Coco is a toy fanatic! He has a toy box and every night he drags all
of them out onto the living room floor. Now I just need to teach him how to
put them away. I had him fixed 9/20/2005.
He is definitely my baby! I can't imagine life without him!!
Hope all is well with your family & parents!
We had a great time on our Carnival Glory cruise!
LOL,
Hi Sandra:

and is quickly pounced on.he goes to the door where his harness is hanging
and demands to go out.The easter Bunny brought him some new chew toys today ,he is very fond of chew toys. His favourite spot now is the big rocking chair,it is so funny to see him
sitting there rocking. He has brought us much happiness and we love him dearly.Thank you for him and once again Happy Easter

Hello Sandra,
Just wanted to pop off a quick email and show off a photo of Gabrielle.
She's so super cute, and has quickly made herself at home. She is still
trying to convience our other girls (two kitters) that they should all be
friends. ;)
She was at the vets this morning, and had her second needles. She's over 12
weeks old now, and weighs 5 lbs 6 oz as of this morning!
I'm so happy, thank you so much!
Hi Sandra: Haven't e-mailed in a while..thought i'd let you know we moved to Grande Prairie AB. Our precious little man came too..flew on the plane with mommy in a travel case. he is the apple of our eye and we love him more everyday, he is also the busiest creature on 4 paws...never a dull minute. Hope all is well with you and the furry babys.
Hi Sandra: Just wishing you and your family a wonderful holiday season.May it be filled with much love and laughter. Our wee man Izzy had an awesome christmas..lots of gifts (even some snazzy booties). His one weakness was the christmas tree, but after much patience on his and my part he decided all the new squeak toys were more entertaining. We love him more every day..couldn't imagine life without our furry baby boy. Once again Happy Holidays .
Hi Sandra!
Hard to believe it's only been one week since Emma came home with us- it feels like she's been part of the home forever already.
The vet saw her on Tuesday and gave us the "healthy" diagnosis. She and my cat have already gotten pretty comfortable with one another and are learning to play with one another, so we're very happy about that!
She's adjusting to being in her playpen while we're out. She's already learned not to whine the whole time, and is only waking up once at night for a potty break (she likes pee pads outside the pen instead of inside.. haha, we'll work on that!) But she is catching on to using the pads very quickly- a smart girl!! Thank you once again for bringing her into my life, she's perfect.
I've attached some pictures of her, and will write again .
Hi Sandra..... Boy she is a busy girl......her face still looks like a little fox....I will have to attach a picture from my other mail....sorry. Her color has remained silver (rather than blonde) on the top of her head, but her feet are blonde....I have had to clip her feet, well fur....as the wiry fur is matting faster than mollie ever did. They still sleep and play together...chloe actually gets after mollie and grabs her face fur and doesn't let go...she is a little spit fire. And she has found her bark let me tell you!! She is growing and gaining....all her needles are done and she had no difficulty at all. She was 800grams when I first got her, then 1 Kg at her next needle and 2 weeks ago was 1.3 Kg. so she is growing....she is ALL LEGS. slowly her fur is getting thicker than it was, but still very sparse. She absolutely loves it outside....and chasing the bugs is hilarious. She still prances and everyone who sees her always comments on it! I'LL send some more pics soon....have to download them.... Talk to you later... |

Hi Sandra,
I just thought I would send a quick update on Toto and how she is doing. She has been an absolute joy to have in the house and is getting along very well. We just started taking the first steps to housebreaking her this week by taking away the paper/tray and asking her if she wants to go outside every hour or so. She is one incredibly smart dog I have to say as she has had about two accidents in 5 days and now even goes to the door and sits beside it when she wants to go out. If you don’t pay attention she comes over and barks at you and then runs to the door.
I am constantly amazed by how fast she picks things up. We have had her in puppy obedience school for 7 weeks now and she understands sit, laydown and stay really well. It is pretty amusing though as she is by far the smallest pup in the class and is fairly spoiled so she kind of sits between my feet quietly during class (everyone thinks she is just the most well behaved pup ever… while she definitely is a good girl… she is also scared of the other dogs so her quiet demeanor is her trying not to draw their attention methinks J). During play time when the dogs are all free to roam and play, she looks pretty put out by the other dogs trying to sniff her backside. Kind of like she is saying “HEY…. This kind of thing never happens at home… “.
While she is my daughter’s dog and they get along famously, she is definitely my little shadow following me wherever I go. Since I am up with her first thing in the morning and work from home so she spends most of the day with me, she and I have become pretty good friends. So much so, that she has decided the recliner in my office belongs to her and I am pretty much the only one that she allows to sit in it with her. J
I have attached some pics so you can see how she has grown since we picked her up. She is scheduled for her first trip to the groomer on March 2nd although I am pretty sure that is going to be an interesting day because she absolutely hates being bathed so being clipped is bound to rub her the wrong way. J
Cheers,
Hi! Sandra,
Sorry it took so long to send you some pictures of our ZOE. She is doing very well. She is spoiled rotten and has been from the day she came home.LOL She has doubled in weight and size since we brought her home. She was 4 lbs when she had her 12 week needle the first week of January. She is the only dog that has come into our home that my cat likes and plays with. They chase each other around the house like two kids. As you can see from one of the pictures of her in my husbands jacket pocket, she has become very attached to him and he to her. He is away now for 2 months so she is missing him and he is missing her. She is a very social little dog and loves everyone. We take her wherever we go. My parents fell in love with her and are considering getting one themselves. I will let you know in the future what they decide. I could go on and on about her. Anyway I will try to keep in touch more often and send more pictures as we take more.
Cheers
Good morning, just wanted to let you know I just picked Pickles up from the vet, he got neutered yesterday and all is good. He is the greatest little puppy ever!!!! I'm sending a picture I just took about 5 min. ago and one from yesterday just after his operation he looks so sad but is all better today like nothing happened. Hope all is well with his mom and dad, give them a snuggly hug for us.
Hi Sandra:
Well, spring has finally arrived!! I bet you have a bunch of
sweeties on the way .Our man Izzy is quite the imp.He keeps
things hopping here.he is the toast of the neighborhood, everyone
knows him. We love him more everyday..even though he is terribly
spoiled (don't know how that happened)! This is april fools today,so he
and dad thought it would be funny to fill mommy's pillow with dog food.
Not very comfortable.Speaking of dog food..we are very worried about
our wee man,he eats Beneful but i think i'll start making him food.
I found a book on it by that Good Dog man. Anyway..i wanted to wish you and yours a wonderful Easter. Give all the furry ones a scratch for me.
Thank you again for our bundle of heaven.
))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
Sophie is so spoiled already, hard to believe! She sleeps with me now and
if I put her down she jumps at the side of the bed to get back in
Hi Sandra and family,
I hope this letter finds you all well, we are all alive and well here. I have become slack in my letters and pictures, but thought today would be an appropriate day to send a few off since it is Jasmine's 2nd birthday!!! Wow.. 2 yrs ago today I received an email from you saying that our baby had been born...
She is still a very well behaved, very SPOILED baby to us.. she loves to go outside, in the car, anywhere... she is just so portable.. we couldn't leave her!! She is healthy and loves to be played with and just wants to be cared for and tended to, we love her to death..
Kevin and I went away for a week in April and she stayed with my sister and her family and she was SOO good.. she was really glad to see us when we got back, but she was very good for them, she fit right in, no whining or acting strange or anything..
anyway, just wanted to send a couple photos off.. she is a doll to us.. can't imagine life without her.
Well, we've all adjusted (I think), I'm sure there will be many different milestones and changes as time goes on. We have had a fantastic few weeks, her personality has grown so much more, now that she's comfortable and learning about each of us.
We went to the vet for our vaccination and Lexi now weighs 940 grams (1lb 14 onzs), so she gained 7 onzs since we've had her, but she's still very much a baby! Everywhere we go people stop and oggle her, they think she is the cutest dog in the world and so friendly (we completely agree)! The vet described her as "spunky" and acknowledged that she's quite smart (she was witnessed sitting for me). She comes when you call her (as long as she's not doing something she deems as much more entertaining), but will stop if she hears her name shouted in panic (ie about to go under the fence or run too far away). Away from the house we tend to put her on a harness, but she does like to run much more without it.
She will play fetch (especially with the tiny stuffed sheep she has, which I actually had to sew already last night). When she wants to be picked up or come up on the couch she will sit (sit pretty) and then when I say up she will crawl into my hand (she tends to do the sit and up only for me, occasionally for Greg and the once for the vet, but she doesn't listen to the kids, I don't think they have the same tone in their voices).
She has made it to sleeping in our bed, which only took one week. I came home from working a night shift and there she was curled up next to Greg and his only response was that she slept through the night!! So she sleeps btw us, usually up high btw our pillows, with at least some part of her body touching one of us and will sleep through the night. She is so much fun and very loving!
Most of the training we have had to do has been with the kids, she's not a toy, don't pick her up when she's sleeping and the shuffle instead of running. That's a big one, especially since Lexi loves being outside (rain or shine!!) and loves chasing the kids, so we had to teach them to run backwards, or sideways, anyway that they can always have their eyes on her.
I have attached a few pics, we gave her a bit of peanutbutter in her kong one day and while she licked it she really wasn't too impressed. And bath day was this weekend, she didn't bark, growl or fight but she wasn't happy until we were done, but she was so fluffly, soft and cute after!
I hope all is well with all your family members, things are great here, we couldn't be happier!
As promised, here are some choice pics of Dara's fun at Fundy National Park.

There is one picture where there are a lot of people and four dogs. Yes, Dara is there, but she's in my backpack. LOL! You need to look close. She did walk on our hike, but it was 8.9 kms, so that was too long for her to do the whole thing on foot. There's was a fleece blanket in the bottom of my backpack that she snuggled into when she needed a nap. She had fun watching everyone from high up in her perch.
It was really, really hard to catch her for pictures a lot of times (when she wasn't sleeping), because you're right...she has the zooms. Boy can she fly! The only time we had her on the leash was during the hike. We stayed in the Fundy Chalets where there was a park full of little kids very nearby. She had a blast running at top speed, biting toes, then taking off again. No one could catch her unless she wanted to be caught, or unless Peter or I called her. She knows we always carry puppy kibbles in our pockets, so if we call, she's always right there.

When she was tired, she would curl up on the boys' pillows. In the morning, we had to let her up on the bed (after her pee, of course) so she could get her snuggling in. As you can see, she likes to be right up on your head. If she's not snuggling, she's digging a hole to China on your pillow or sticking her tongue up your nose or in your ears. Ewww! Hahaha!
And as for her getting along with Hera, Hera has finally figured out a way that she can play with Dara without hurting her... She lays down on her back and rolls around while Dara tries to sneak in and pinch her on the lips or ears. LOL! But as you can see while they waited in the back of the truck for us to load up the trailer, they get along great, despite the size difference. And when we drive short distances, Dara sleeps behind Peter's neck.
Hugs and puppy kisses from Dara!
This letter is from a Shih-Tzu owner.......
Laddie is thriving ! He is so active ! A happy little guy,
growing fast ! I just took them for a walk outside here...being
careful not to let them over where the turkeys go...Lucy rolls in
it...yuck ! I think I will stop putting out corn...it's a good year
for acorns so all the turkeys are down the road, gobbling acorns from
the big trees.
Laddie saw his vet earlier this month, had a shot and goes back in
another week. Greg said he is very well...Laddie ran around on the
floor and showed Greg how he comes and sits when asked. It was a
very happy experience for Laddie...he and Lucy insist on sitting in
the same dog car seat...I had got one for Laddie but he refuses to be
separated from Lucy....wherever we are !
Lucy is training him...it's quite a sight to see them march out
onto the deck together...Laddie watches her , then he does it !
What a blessing ! Today Laddie went down the front steps by himself
(on the leash). he can go up steps easily. He now can jump right
over Lucy's back when she is lying down...he pulls her ears, hangs
onto her and they are so attached, it's really fun to watch them.
When Lucy has a daytime nap, Laddie lies right beside her with his
head on her. Laddie sleeps in my bed at night, very cozy.
They just had "lunch"...dry food with a few spoonfuls of Scots
Broth over it (their passion !) Laddie on puppy food but he tries
Lucy's whenever he gets the chance. I must try my scanner...I have
some pictures that a friend took of Laddie and her dog, Patches (a
service dog). My friend, Jo-Ann showed the video she took of
Laddie to her friends...I hope I will get a copy ! My daughter
Laurie and Ailie (16) came last weekend and they loved him ! So he
is very socialized, very relaxed around people. He also gives
kisses whenever he is picked up. I'll get busy with the camera
soon. best to you,
Hi Sandra,
Just wanted to send a note wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I meant to write earlier, but it's been so busy lately. I'm sure you can relate.

I am going to send new and updated pictures of Dara soon. She's soooo adorable! She's also a spoiled, saucy brat!

If you don't pay attention to her, she does this silent bark. If you still don't pay attention, she'll bark. She's fully house trained, does any trick you teach her quickly and with ease and still hates having a bath. Actually, she's a lot better now about it. She just runs around the house like crazy afterwards and rubs herself on the furniture until she's dry to her liking.
I bought my husband a new Lazy Boy chair for Christmas. It quickly became Dara's. She'll growl at the kids if they try to push her off or sit on it when she's there first. It's funny to watch the boys and her together. You'd swear they were siblings sometimes. They love each other to bits and Dara can't wait to wake them up for school in the morning, but other times, she protests loudly and growls at them if they bug her. I'm the only one she never growls at. I think it's because I'm the only one allowed to feed the dogs. If I let everyone do that, they'd be really fat!
She has a new winter coat and scarf and she has a hoody. She only likes those when it is raining or snowing. My husband is too embarrassed to dress her in them, but I think she looks adorable!

I'll be sure to send you fashion pics soon. She's definitely the princess. If you're on the couch and she wants loving, she'll just take it from you whether you want to give it or not. She pushes her head against your body and arches her back until you rub her down. When I wear anything with long sleeves, she'll jam her face up inside them while I'm giving her scritches. She's so silly! She's a big sook and we love her to bits.
She'll be spayed in Jan or Feb. That makes me sad only because she'll be away from us for a night or two. We take her everywhere. She likes the car now and doesn't shiver any more. She'll even eat out of her shiney bowls she used to be so afraid of. She's everything we ever hoped for. Thank you so much! We saw a Papillion puppy at the pet store her in Saint John the other day and it had the same colours as her, but it looked sickly and ugly.

I'm thinking that one came from a Puppy Mill. It just didn't have the same joie de vivre that Dara has and it's eyes were droopy.
Ok, I'm done... I talk too much. LOL! Have a Happy New Year! I'll send pics soon!
Hi Sandra:
How are all the furbabys? I guess maybe some new
ones are due soon? Just thought i'd drop a line and
say hi and tell you about Izzy.He is such a ham...i had
his pics done at the photo studio. he was such a good boy.
He had his pic done in a hat box and then in a laundry
basket.Too cute.he is the Boss!!! of the household..has
us both firmly in his furry little paw and we love it.
Hope all is good with you and yours.Sending tummy rubs to all
the furry babes.
Hi Sandra,
Just a little note to let you know how Charlie is doing, After his surgery you would never have known he had one. It was hard to keep him calm for a few days. He is almost completely house trained. If he is left home for too long we might sometimes(but rarely) find a puddle when we get home, but other than that he is very good especially at night, as long as he is in bed with someone he will sleep through as long as we do which I think is great! Charlie also won first prize at out pet show during"Old Home Week". It's just a fun thing where everyone can bring their pets to show off. He won against a pug, a chiwawa, a couple of shitzues and a litter of 11 choc lab pups.
He can "give paw" "stay" and almost has "come" down pat. He is a smart little puppy. He is still a huge sook and still does the "baby" sounds when you pick him up just so you will sook him more. I didn't ever think I would love a dog in my lifetime but Charlie is the cutest, funniest most adorable thing I have ever seen. I have been proven wrong.
P.S.
We cannot go anywhere without being stopped so people can look at Charlie and everyone loves him. I give them your name and website I hope that's OK.

Sandra,
Abby is just back from the vet with a clean bill of health and was very impressed with you as a breeder, said you done a great job with the tail docking as a matter of fact he thought it was a professional job and was also happy to see that you required a deposit before breeding. he said abby was a very well bred puppy. was also happy to hear that you had a spay/nueter contract that had to be followed I guess what I am saying is you get an A+ rating, haha
Hi, I thought I would send you a quick hello and let you know Pickles is still doing great. Lila is now just over one and another one on the way. I was a bit worried that Pickles would be put on the back burner with having kids but it's just second nature to include him in everything. They play great together I cant imagine life without either of them:)
